About the Recipe
This simple mango salad is a healthy versatile meal or snack. Fresh delicious flavours of fruit and vegetables combine to make this delicious salad.

Ingredients
1/2 a red onion cut in cubes
Salt & Pepper
1 Lime (juice)
White vinegar
1 Mango cut in cubes
1 Avacodo cut in cubes
1/2 a red and yellow pepper cut in cubes
Parsley finely chopped
Olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
The chopped red onion is mixed with salt, lemon juice and white vinegar. We let the mixture rest for 10 minutes.
Step 2
The chopped mango is now mixed in a bowl with the avocado, peppers, parsley, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Step 3
At this point, we simply introduce the marinated red onion and mix with the mango mixture to create this delicious salad.
