About the Recipe
This lemon mousse (sorbet) is delicious and fresh to the pallet. The cool sensation along with the sweet sourness of the lemon showcase this tangy treat.

Ingredients
7 Lemons, 6 to squeeze the juice and 1 for presentation.
1 Cup of sugar
4 Spoons of corn starch
1 Cup of fresh cream
Preparation
Step 1
Squeeze 6 lemons and combine the juice with a cup of sugar in a pan. Add 4 spoons of corn starch and begin to stir on low heat until the sauce thickens to a paste. Set aside and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 2
In a large bowl pour 1 cup of fresh cream and beat until thickens. Mix with the now cool gel like lemon paste and beat thoroughly. Once well incorporated, place in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
