About the Recipe
The honey glazed salmon fillet is a wonderful asian pacific dish. Incorporating the great flavours of asia, the beautiful texture and taste of the salmon.

Ingredients
1 kg of salmon fillet
Soy sauce
1 lemon juice
White vinegar
Dry parsley
Garlic
Salt & pepper
Paprika
Honey
Sesame seeds
Preparation
Step 1
Mix in a bowl the soy soy sauce, lemon juice, white vinegar, dry parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika and honey. Combine the salmon with the sauce and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Sear the marinated salmon first skin side down and then flip 5 minutes on each side. Melt butter on top and let it cook for another 5 minutes and add sesame seeds on top for garnish.
